This is the 0.5 oz mini, a two-bite bar. The full 2 oz size is on the shelf too. Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
