Direct Pay, Explained.
Direct pay means you pay the pharmacy directly for your prescriptions and services — no insurance middleman, no Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) deciding what you pay.
The vast majority of prescriptions filled today are generic drugs. Medications that used to cost hundreds of dollars under brand names like Lipitor, Prozac, and Cozaar are now available for a fraction of that price. But the old insurance system hasn’t caught up. PBMs keep pocketing the savings while pharmacies get squeezed and patients get stuck with unpredictable bills.
When you pay us directly, you get the real price — and it’s often lower than your copay. Plus, our prices are HSA and FSA eligible.
