Qual-i-Tee Pharmacy is not yet licensed as a pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin.
Pharmacy services — including the dispensing of prescription medications, prescription transfers, and pharmacist-provided clinical services — will not be offered or provided until all required state and federal licenses are issued and active.
Until licensure is complete, this website and related communications are limited to:

5. No Medical Emergency Services
Qual-i-Tee Pharmacy does not provide emergency medical services.
