We’re open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’re closed Sunday. If you call after hours, leave a message; we check it first thing in the morning. Refill requests submitted through the website overnight land in the morning queue the same way.

Qual-i-tee Pharmacy’s parking lot is located behind The Boulevard building.

If you are entering from University Avenue, turn onto Shorewood Hills Boulevard and then turn left into the parking lot.

If you are coming from Locust Drive, you take a right turn into our parking lot before you reach the Shorewood Village & Police Department Building, or you can turn right onto Shorewood Hills Boulevard and then right into the parking lot.

Our store is right between AT&T and Duck Donuts.

For prescriptions, no. We’re a direct-pay pharmacy, which means you pay us directly and see every price before you pay. Most common generics run $10–$13 for a month’s supply, which for many people lands at or under a typical copay. Check your prescription prices online, or get in touch. We’re happy to give you a personalized quote.

Yes. Park in our parking lot in a designated spot (or nearby), call (608) 286-2625, and we’ll bring your order to your car. No app and no advance notice needed — it works for prescriptions and anything else in the store. You can even choose to be vaccinated in your vehicle, if that’s easier for you.

One phone call to us is all it takes. Call (608) 286-2625, use our secure transfer form, or stop in and tell us what you take. We handle the transfer, usually the same day, and you’ll know what each prescription costs before we fill anything.

We can! Local delivery is $5 per delivery, no membership or minimum required. Call us, and we’ll set it up, whether it’s monthly or just one time.
