Sted’s 70% dark chocolate with French grey sea salt. They roast the cacao lightly to keep the bean’s own flavor, then add the coarse, mineral grey salt from the Atlantic coast of France.
Four ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, French grey sea salt. No milk ingredients in this one, and no soy, palm oil, or gluten.
Full-size 2 oz bar. There’s a 0.5 oz mini if you’d rather sample first.
Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
