Description
The Bobber Bar is Sted’s 50% dark milk chocolate with roasted cocoa nibs and Himalayan pink salt. The nibs give it crunch and a little bitterness; the salt keeps the milk chocolate from going too sweet. Named, we assume, after the red-and-white kind you lose to a northern pike.
Made with organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, and organic milk powder. Contains milk.
This is the 0.5 oz mini, a two-bite bar. The full 2 oz size is on the shelf too. Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
