Description
Fitz’s is the St. Louis root beer, made from a 1947 recipe and sweetened with pure cane sugar. The company describes it as a blend of roots, herbs, and spices, and the result is a rich, creamy root beer with a good head on it. Fitz’s bottles it in small batches in St. Louis, where their restaurant on the Delmar Loop houses the vintage bottling line.
12 oz glass bottle, caffeine-free. Pairs with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, obviously.
