The 0.5 oz version of Sted’s Scandinavian bar: 50% dark milk chocolate with cardamom and crumbled krumkake, the cone-rolled Norwegian cookie, baked in-house.
Organic cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, and milk powder; krumkake crumbles made with butter, sugar, rice flour, tapioca and potato starch, molasses, cinnamon, and salt; cardamom essential oil. Contains milk.
Good for stocking a cookie tray without baking anything. Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
