A 50% dark milk chocolate with swirls of real honey and a light hand with lavender. Sted calls it a bar to be savored, and the lavender is restrained enough that it reads as floral rather than soapy.
Ingredients: organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic milk powder, organic honey, organic lavender essential oil. Contains milk.
Full-size 2 oz bar. There’s a 0.5 oz mini if you’d rather sample first.
Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
