Where to find us

Qual-i-tee Pharmacy is located at 3304 University Avenue at the corner of Shorewood Boulevard, between Duck Donuts and AT&T. Parking is easy, and we’re within walking distance from Shorewood Hills, Hill Farms, Sunset Village, Midvale Heights, and the rest of the near west side. If you’re coming from farther out, we’re a few minutes off the Beltline via Midvale Boulevard or Whitney Way.

We’re open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays, and you can reach us at hello@qualiteepharmacy.com or by phone at (608) 286-2625.

Getting your prescriptions to us

Any clinic can send prescriptions to us electronically. Ask your doctor to send it to Qual-i-tee Pharmacy on University Avenue.

Already have your prescriptions somewhere else? Switching takes one phone call, and you make it to us, not to your old pharmacy. We handle the transfer.

The Qual-i-tee Difference

Your prescription is ready in 10 to 15 minutes, not later this afternoon. The pharmacist knows your name and has time to talk. The shelves hold skin care, supplements, and over-the-counter medicine a pharmacist actually picked, not forty feet of seasonal candy (although we have candy, too). There’s a consultation room with a door for the questions are too important to Google. The whole place is built around the person picking up the prescription (you), not shareholders or private equity.

How direct-pay works

Qual-i-tee is a direct-pay pharmacy. We don’t bill insurance for prescriptions. You pay us directly, and in exchange the whole thing gets simpler. Every price is posted before you commit to anything. Most generic maintenance medications are $13 for a month’s supply or $30 for three months. Most creams, antibiotics, and other short courses are $16 to $24. For most people that lands at or under a typical copay, and HSA and FSA cards work here.

Vaccines

Flu shots are walk-in, no appointment, any time we’re open. If you have Medicare Part B, we bill it for your flu, COVID, and pneumococcal vaccines and you pay nothing. Everyone else pays $30 for a flu shot, posted like every other price here. We don’t bill commercial insurance, but we can give you an itemized receipt, and many plans reimburse vaccines if you submit it. Current prices for every vaccine we carry are on our vaccines page.

Pouch packaging robot at Qual-i-tee Pharmacy

Free pouch packaging

We have a machine here (btw, his name is Keith) that takes every medication, supplement, and over-the-counter product you take on a regular basis and seals them into small pouches, one pouch for each time of day you take something. No more three bottles at breakfast and two at dinner, no more deciding which pills went with which meal.

It also means one pickup a month instead of a trip every time a different bottle runs empty. We request your refills from the clinic ahead of time, so by pickup day all of your medications are ready for you.
