A white chocolate bar flavored like the turmeric-and-spice drink of the same name. It’s bright yellow from the turmeric, with cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and honey behind it. This is the bar that won Sted a silver at the International Chocolate Awards in 2021.
Ingredients: organic cocoa butter, organic cane sugar, organic milk powder, organic honey, organic turmeric, organic cinnamon, organic black pepper, organic cardamom essential oil. Contains milk.
Full-size 2 oz bar. There’s a 0.5 oz mini if you’d rather sample first.
Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
