Description
The maximum-strength Butt Paste, 4 oz tube. Boudreaux’s started as a pharmacist’s own recipe in Louisiana, which may be why pharmacies keep stocking it.
Drug Facts: zinc oxide 40%, a skin protectant. The label’s use is diaper rash: it protects chafed skin and helps seal out wetness. Inactive ingredients: balsam Peru resin, mineral oil, paraffin, petrolatum, castor seed oil. Boudreaux’s says it’s free of dyes, preservatives, parabens, and talc.
Directions: change wet or soiled diapers right away, cleanse the area and let it dry, then apply liberally and as often as needed with each change, especially before long stretches in a wet diaper, like bedtime. Remove the foil seal from the tube tip first. It will stain clothing and fabric. For infants, children, and adults.
