Description
A fragrance-free sunscreen stick for face, lips, and body. SPF 50, broad spectrum, water resistant for 80 minutes as labeled. Bask pitches it at skiers, sailors, and hikers, and it’s the one to keep in a jacket pocket from December through March here.
Active ingredients: avobenzone 3%, homosalate 10%, octisalate 5%, octocrylene 5%. Purpose: sunscreen.
Inactive ingredients include shea butter, cocoa seed butter, olive fruit oil, sunflower seed oil, beeswax, aloe leaf extract, and vitamin E. It goes on clear.
Directions, from the label: apply liberally to face and lips at least 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, and at least every two hours.
