Description
A long, heavy pillow filled with cherry stones, the old Central European answer to a hot water bottle. The pits are cleaned and come from domestic cherry farming, where they’d otherwise be thrown out. They hold heat and cold both, and they don’t leak.
Teal cherry-blossom cotton on the front, navy corduroy on the back, with a natural-fiber handle sewn into each end so you can drape it over your neck and hold on.
To warm it: microwave with a small bowl holding an ounce or two of water alongside, in 30-second bursts, no more than two minutes total. To chill it: seal in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer.
20″ x 5.5″, about 1.4 lb. Handmade.
