Sted’s founders grew up on the milk chocolate their Scandinavian relatives sent over, and Nordic Milk is their attempt to make that bar in Minnesota. It’s a rich milk chocolate with a malt-and-caramel finish, made from organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, and organic milk powder.

Sted is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, run by Josh and Kristin Mohagen. They roast and grind the cacao themselves, use organic and fair-trade beans, and make the chocolate without soy, palm oil, or gluten.
