Description

The classic yellow diaper ointment in a 425 g (15 oz) jar, the size that lasts through a whole stage of diapers.

Drug Facts: active ingredients petrolatum 53.4% and lanolin 15.5% (purpose: diaper rash ointment, skin protectant). Labeled uses: for diaper rash, protects chafed skin and helps seal out wetness; as a skin protectant, temporarily protects minor cuts, scrapes, and burns and helps relieve chapped or cracked skin and lips.

Directions for diaper rash: change wet or soiled diapers promptly, cleanse the area and let it dry, then apply liberally at each change, especially at bedtime or whenever a wet diaper might stay on a while. As a skin protectant, apply as needed.

Inactive ingredients include cod liver oil (the source of the vitamins A and D), fragrance, light mineral oil, microcrystalline wax, and paraffin. Store-brand equivalent of A+D Original.
