Five strains per capsule, over 15 billion live cultures total: Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, Bifidobacterium lactis BI-07, Bifidobacterium lactis HN019, Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM, and Bifidobacterium longum BL-05.
Serving: one capsule daily, with or without food. The capsule can be opened and sprinkled into cold food or a drink. If you’re taking an antibiotic, Florajen says to space the capsule at least one to two hours away from it.
Florajen ships and stores refrigerated; the brand says it holds at room temperature for up to two weeks. Free of gluten, dairy, coloring, and preservatives. Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Non-GMO and kosher. You’ll find it in our refrigerator, not on the regular shelf.
