Description
Soft, powdery, and sweet is how Dip describes Mimosa & Sandalwood. Orange, cucumber, and vanilla round it out. It leans feminine but the sandalwood keeps it from going full perfume counter.
What’s in the bar: coconut oil, sweet almond oil, cocoa and shea butters, and baobab, prickly pear, amla, plum, and karanja seed oils, with panthenol and vitamin E. No sulfates, parabens, silicones, or phthalates. Vegan, cruelty-free, and safe for color-treated and chemically treated hair.
How to use it: run a very wet bar down very wet hair, re-wetting the bar between swipes until your hair feels saturated. Rinse, or leave a little in on the ends. Dip’s own rule of thumb: when in doubt, over-apply.
This is the full-size 3 oz bar. Dip’s figure is that one bar replaces up to six bottles of conditioner. It’s 3 oz of solid conditioner with no bottle, which also means nothing to leak in a suitcase.
The “after swim detangler” half of the name is literal. Dip says to swipe the bar through wet hair before you get in the lake or the pool and again when you get out, then comb through with your fingers and let it air dry.
Dip’s scents are synthetic on purpose, formulated to Credo’s Clean Standards with no phthalates, parabens, or formaldehyde. The bars are made and poured in the USA. Dip sells only through independent shops, never Amazon or big-box stores, which is part of why we carry them.
