Description
AmLactin’s everyday body lotion, built around 12% lactic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid. The 7.9 oz pump bottle. AmLactin describes it as lightweight and fast-absorbing, meant for normal to dry skin.
What’s in it: water, ammonium lactate, mineral oil, glycerin, cetearyl alcohol, dimethicone, glyceryl stearate SE, steareth-2, stearyl alcohol, xanthan gum, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin. Fragrance-free, dye-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free, and cruelty-free.
How to use it: shake well and apply twice daily, or as a physician directs. Mild stinging can happen on sensitive or broken skin; stop if it persists. Because it’s an AHA, AmLactin says to use sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using it and for a week after.
AmLactin notes its formulas were recently updated, so check the carton for the current ingredient list.
