Licensing Status
Qual-i-Tee Pharmacy is not yet licensed as a pharmacy in the State of Wisconsin.
At this time, we do not provide pharmacy services, including prescription dispensing, prescription transfers, or pharmacist-provided clinical care. Those services will begin only after all required state and federal licenses are issued and active.
Until licensure is complete, the information on this website is provided for:
